What to expect with colon hydrotherapy?
During colon hydrotherapy, you will lie on a table while a therapist inserts a small tube into your rectum and fills your colon with water. You may experience mild discomfort, cramping, or a feeling of fullness. After the treatment, you may experience increased bowel movements or a feeling of lightness.
